Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard or Express delivery. Please allow 1–3 business days for Express and 2–8 business days for Standard.

Standard Shipping is $10.
Express Shipping is $15.

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over $250.

Delivery times are estimates only. Express orders are still subject to processing times. By placing an order, you agree that DE BALANCOIRE is not responsible for delivery delays. Please allow an extra 1–3 business days for regional areas.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a refund.

Orders can be delivered to residential, business, or PO Box addresses within Australia. A signature on delivery may be required for some parcels.
