Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard delivery.

Standard shipping is $10 and you can expect your parcel within 2 to 8 days.

Delivery time frames are estimates only. By placing an order you agree that DE BALANCOIRE is not responsible for delivery delays. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for regional areas.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a refund.

Orders can be delivered to residential, business or PO Box addresses within Australia. A signature on delivery may be required for some parcels.
