Return Policy.

We value every customer and hope you love your purchase from DE BALANCOIRE. Each piece is made with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to rectify the problem.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major fault, for example, if it is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from what was described.

Please note that items damaged due to not following care instructions may not be eligible for return.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to arrange an exchange or store credit within 30 days, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and proof of purchase is supplied.

Return postage for change of mind is at your cost.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
