Return Policy

We value every customer and hope you love your DE BALANCOIRE purchase. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail. If something is not quite right we will always do our best to resolve the issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if your item has a major fault. This includes items that are defective, unsafe or significantly different from what was described.

Please note that items damaged due to not following the recommended care instructions may not be eligible for return.

If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached, and proof of purchase is supplied.

Return postage for change of mind is at the customer’s cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. If preferred, a store credit may also be arranged and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
