Every piece is carefully made, but if something is not quite right, we will do our best to make rectify the problem.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major issue, such as being faulty, unsafe, significantly different from what was described, or not performing as expected.
If damage occurs because care instructions were not followed, it may not be covered.
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return postage and provide a replacement or refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to arrange an exchange or store credit within 30 days, if the item is unworn and in original condition, and proof of purchase is provided.
Return postage for change of mind is at your cost.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
