Return Policy

We value every customer and hope you love your DE BALANCOIRE purchase. Each piece is made with care, but if something is not quite right we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major fault, for example if it is defective, unsafe or significantly different from what was described.

Please note that items damaged due to not following care instructions may not be eligible for return.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to arrange an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition and proof of purchase is supplied.

Return postage for change of mind is at your cost.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
