We want you to enjoy your DE BALANCOIRE purchase as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up, orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping and 2-8 business days for standard shipping. However, please note these time frames do not include our By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that DE BALANCOIRE is not liable for any delay in delivery.

• Standard Shipping for orders is $10.95.

• Express Shipping for all orders is $14.95.  

  All online orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
